Brown and White Ventures announced today that it has made an investment in Finta, an AI-powered workflow platform transforming how private companies close deals. The investment will support Finta’s mission to modernize private capital formation by automating the most time-consuming and relationship-driven parts of fundraising: investor research, personalized outreach, navigating warm introductions, and pipeline management. Finta is built as an end-to-end operating system designed for private market operators navigating the complexities of running relationship driven deals. At the center of the platform is Aurora, Finta’s proprietary AI agent that works as a capital copilot, saving hundreds of hours across historically manual tasks: • Identifying and prioritizing the right prospects and strategic partners • Generating hyper personalized outreach and follow-ups • Mapping warm introduction pathways through trusted relationships • Keeping investor relationships organized through a structured CRM workflow “Fundraising remains one of the most challenging, inefficient, and stressful processes that founders and operators go through,” said Jim Aroune, Partner at Brown and White Ventures. “Finta is tackling that head-on with a platform that uses AI to reduce friction, save hundreds of hours, and increase the likelihood of capital access.” Finta’s early momentum underscores the demand for a fundraising-native solution. Through its platform, Aurora, Finta has supported the initiation of more than $9 billion in new deals, tracked $880 million in capital, and enabled founders to manage 73 thousand investor relationships, while mapping warm introduction pathways to help operators connect with investors through their trusted networks. “We started Finta because fundraising is too often a full-time job on top of building your company,” said Kevin Siskar, CEO of Finta. “After seeing that 92% of dollars closed in a round come from warm introductions we realized founders shouldn’t have to rely on disconnected tools and cold outbound that doesn’t work. With Aurora, we’re giving founders a true capital copilot. One that helps them run a more strategic, organized, and effective raise.” The investment will be used to accelerate product development, expand go-to-market activities, grow the team, and deepen strategic partnerships with organizations that support founders and private market participants. Finta plans to continue expanding functionality beyond venture capital fundraising into adjacent private-market workflows where high-stakes, relationship driven deals can benefit from Finta’s automation and AI-driven intelligence. “We’re thrilled to partner with Brown and White Ventures as we expand the platform and scale our reach,” said Megan Kelly, Co-founder & COO of Finta Brown and White Ventures’ investment reflects its broader conviction in enabling better, faster, and more efficient business formation and support. “Finta has the opportunity to become the system of record for how private capital is raised,” Aroune added. “The combination of workflow consolidation, proprietary AI capabilities, and a relationship intelligence layer makes this a compelling platform with significant potential to scale.”
