MaxHSA, a portfolio company of Brown and White Ventures, announced  it has gone live with Peak One TPA, its first distribution partnership to put the platform in front of a large, established base of health savings account owners.

MaxHSA is a fintech engagement platform developed by Benegames, Inc., building an engagement and contribution layer that sits atop existing Health Savings Account custodians and benefits infrastructure.

The Peak One launch is the first of several planned introductions.

"Peak One will introduce MaxHSA to approximately 14,000 HSA owners through an email and an internal press release," said Sanders McConnell, CEO of MaxHSA. We have also significantly simplified enrollment and onboarding, and expect the lower friction to improve enrollment."

As account holders make active budgeting decisions, MaxHSA enables passive, automated HSA funding through debit and credit card roundups, cashback rewards, automated savings transfers, gamified personalized contribution systems, and AI-assisted guidance, building HSA contributions without reducing take-home pay.

That simplified onboarding does more than cut steps. It now allows MaxHSA to retrieve a member's current HSA balance and contribution data, which the company uses to personalize the member dashboard from the first login. A member-facing view of contribution activity is planned as a follow-on feature.

A second launch is already scheduled. MaxHSA expects its OCA partnership to go live by November, introducing the platform to roughly 20,000 additional HSA owners.

The larger opportunity sits further up the market. MaxHSA is in red-line negotiations with one of the top five HSA administrators in the country for an initial launch covering 200,000 accounts. McConnell was careful to frame it as work in progress rather than a done deal.

"If the initial launch produces strong results, we expect to be introduced in larger tranches to the remaining 3 million HSAs," McConnell said. "A successful rollout could bring several thousand new accounts by year-end; that is an opportunity we are working toward, not a result we have achieved."

Behind the launches, MaxHSA has transitioned to a leaner, more cost-effective marketing team, which has already built out HubSpot workflows along with customer-care and AI bot tools designed to support the growth expected this quarter.

McConnell and co-founders Bill and Lane have taken no compensation, directing spend toward foundational needs including app development, Plaid integration, compliance, and marketing.

With Peak One live and OCA next, the focus now is converting these launches into measurable enrollment, activation, and contribution results.
